These crab cakes come ready to pan fry all you need is to form and dredge in panko or breadcrumbs. They are portioned at 6 ounces per container; you can portion how you choose these make 2 really nice sized cakes, 3 medium or 4 small. Simply use either panko or bread crumbs to dredge then pan fry.
