If you are an abalone junkie like myself And aren’t inclined to free dive for this delicious snail, look no further. They are perfect little tenderized, sustainable abalone steaks ready for the frying pan. To be honest, they’re not quite as tasty as the one’s fresh from the ocean, but they are darn close.
